Fayette County Custom Home Build

This stunning custom flooring project is a true showcase of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our team installed natural hardwood throughout nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, creating a seamless balance of beauty and durability. To complement the upper levels, we transformed the basement with 1,500 square feet of luxury vinyl tile (LVT), offering the perfect blend of style and resilience for a high-traffic environment. Every corner of the home was designed with unique, thoughtful touches—from multiple custom showers featuring expertly selected tilework to a fully functional dog washing station and spa built for convenience and comfort. The laundry room was elevated with classic herringbone brick paver tile flooring, adding timeless character, while a dramatic fireplace installation features tile extending all the way to the ceiling for a bold architectural statement. Plush carpeting in the bedrooms provides warmth and softness underfoot, completing the home’s layered, inviting aesthetic. From the earliest stages of design and pricing through the final installation, our team collaborated closely with the homeowner and custom homebuilder to bring their vision to life. The result is a fully customized flooring experience that harmonizes function, beauty, and lasting quality.
